Do I have to attend every event? No, you don’t have to attend every event but we hope you will. The itinerary includes time for you to explore on your own using your exclusive Tour Travel Guide. *Note - your package includes invites to mixers and networking events, entry to all ecotours and excursions and can’t be modified.

A non-stop flight depending on location can be 10 hrs and a flight with layover(s) could be as long as 15 hours.
No, airfare is not included but we can refer you to a Travel Agent experienced in booking international flights.
Yes, you can cancel but depending on when you cancel, you may incur cancellation fees. *See Service Agreement for details.
