Staying hydrated when the temps are hotter is vital. Although drinking water is good for you, it can get very boring.
Try out this sweet and refreshing watermelon water to stay hydrated and add some versatility to your healthy beverage choices.
8 cups of cubed watermelon (*no seeds)
3 cups of spring water
5 cups of sparkling water
6 to 8 mint leaves.
Puree cubed watermelon in a blender or food processor.
Mix puree with 3 oz of spring water and 5 oz of sparkling water.
Pour into 12 oz glasses of ice and garnish with mint.
Refrigerate and enjoy all day .*Watermelon Fizz Water will last up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
