Keeping your body properly hydrated is crucial to maintaining your health. When you're getting enough water, you've got more energy, your skin is clearer, and your mood is better. But for many of us, it's hard to remember to drink water throughout the day—partially because it can be boring and tasteless.

That's why we recommend adding some flavor to your water by infusing it with fruits and herbs. It's a great way to spruce up your water and hopefully have you drinking at least 8 glasses a day.

Citrus fruits, vegetables like cucumber and herbs hold up well over time which make them ideal for infusing.  Other fruits like apples, berries and stone fruits (i.e. peaches) infuse delicious flavor but they tend to disintegrate quickly and leave your water a mushy mess. I recommend using a water diffuser pitcher that will keep the fruits, herbs and vegetables separated from your water.
